These are prototype placeholder terms for Clean Connect. In production, replace with full legal terms covering platform use, customer requests, cleaning business obligations, cancellations and disputes.

1. Platform role

Clean Connect connects customers with independent cleaning businesses across Canterbury. Clean Connect is not the cleaner and is not party to the services agreed between customers and cleaning businesses.

2. Customer requests

Customers may post cleaning requests free of charge. Requests are reviewed before being released to verified cleaning businesses.

3. Cleaning business responses

Verified cleaning businesses may respond with quotes to customer requests. Responding to a request does not guarantee that the customer will select that cleaning business.
